Watch & bet (combining live streams, in-stream betting, highlights, and real-time stats) has become central to the sportsbook experience because it reduces app switching and improves engagement.
These features appear across leading sports betting platforms and are typically delivered either in-house or via data/tech providers such as Stats Perform, Genius Sports, Sportradar, or IMG Arena.
For this report, TESTA evaluated how watch & bet features are delivered across five major sportsbook operators: Bet365 (US), Betano (Brazil), SuperBet (Poland), Max Bet (Romania), and Ladbrokes (UK). The watch & bet tech provider for all five was Stats Perform.
Using local testers on mid-range mobile devices over 4G networks, TESTA evaluated usability and performance to show how watch & bet player experiences differ from operator to operator—even when the tech supplier is the same.
