TESTA, a leading iGaming testing and quality assurance platform, announces the appointment of Jaime Moscote Oliva as LatAm Senior Account Manager, bringing over 20 years of international expertise to drive the company’s expansion across Latin America.

A relationship-first philosophy for Latin America

“Here in Latam, companies or customers like to have a face, a dedicated person for them to handle all the business related to the service they are consuming,” Jaime explains.

This understanding of regional business culture shapes his entire approach to account management. “My objective is that in the end I became the go-to guy for the customer in terms of the business relationship with the company. Anything they need, I mean anything at all… that’s what I try to be.”

Deep industry roots and authentic connections

Jaime’s two decades in iGaming, sports marketing, and software have built more than a professional network. “That’s an advantage of being here in the industry all these years. I have known so many great people. This industry is all about making real connections with the people and understanding how could you provide real value to their business”.

Those connections span his most recent role as Senior Customer Success Manager at Genius Sports, where he supported LATAM sportsbooks and leagues, to his time directing compliance and VIP operations at Wplay.com, managing sponsorships with Colombian soccer leagues, and leading customer success for universities across Latin America at Higher Ed Partners.

Strategic and prepared

When it comes to trade shows and business development, Jaime’s approach is methodical. “When we arrive to Barcelona for ICE, we’ll be exhibiting, and we’ll already have meetings booked before the event starts. That’s mission critical.” He’ll bring this same preparation to regional events including GAT (Colombia), PGS (Peru), AIEJA (Mexico), as well as the major Brazilian gaming shows: SIGMA Sao Paulo and SBC Rio.

His proactive style extends beyond events: “I can do lead hunting or lead chasing the old-fashioned way,” he notes, emphasizing his hands-on approach to building TESTA’s presence in the market.

The right credentials for the region

Trilingual in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, Jaime holds an MBA in Marketing and Communications from UVA, Brazil, and is an ISO 27001 Lead Auditor—credentials that speak directly to TESTA’s compliance-focused testing services. Based in Medellín, Colombia, he’s positioned at the heart of Latin America’s growing iGaming market.
