These programs are designed to reward commitment, consistency, and professionalism—while giving you clearer paths to success on the TESTA platform.
1. TESTA Academy: Your path to becoming a certified tester
We’re introducing the TESTA Academy, a structured learning hub where you can take short courses to improve your testing skills and become a Certified TESTA Tester.
How the Academy works:
You’ll receive access to beginner-friendly courses covering video recording, bug reporting, testing standards, and iGaming fundamentals.
After completing each lesson, you’ll take a short quiz to confirm understanding.
Once all modules are completed, you’ll receive your TESTA Certification, which will be displayed on your profile.

2. Reputation System: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum
Your testing history and professionalism will now be reflected in your Reputation Level. This is our way of recognizing testers who communicate well, follow instructions, and consistently submit high-quality work.
How Reputation works:
Your level increases based on:
- Quality of test submissions
- Following instructions
- Responsiveness
- Completing tests on time
- Maintaining a good record with no violations
You will earn one of four reputation levels: Bronze → Silver → Gold → Platinum.
What are the benefits?
- Bronze: Basic level, access to standard testing
- Silver: Eligible for more frequent testing opportunities + 5% fee boost on every project
- Gold: Priority selection for mid-to-high value projects + 10% fee boost on every project
- Platinum: Top-tier testers considered first for premium, urgent, or higher-paying tasks + 15% fee boost on every project
Your reputation will help the team match you to the right projects – no guessing, no luck.
3. Level Up Program: unlock early access
We’re also introducing a Level Up system, which tracks your progress based on activity, reliability, and successful test submissions.
How Level Up works:
- Complete tests correctly
- Follow testing guidelines
- Communicate promptly
- Maintain consistent participation
- Each action helps you collect “experience points” that contribute to your Level Up progress.
What do you get for leveling up?
- Early access to new test projects
- Higher visibility to TESTA team members
- Eligibility for special invitations or unique campaigns
- Recognition inside the community
- New milestone badges added to your profile
- The higher your level, the earlier you’ll be notified about test cases – and early spots fill fast, so this is a major advantage.
