In July, the dedicated testing team diligently tracked and analyzed the various types of issues reported by TESTA clients who were engaged in live dealer performance testing. This comprehensive effort aimed to identify and categorize the most prevalent problems to improve the overall user experience.
Among the issues observed, game load failure stood out as the most significant, accounting for an overwhelming 77% of the four most common problems encountered by testers. This high percentage highlights the critical nature of ensuring games load efficiently and without errors.
Additionally, other notable problems included live dealer video load failure, which can disrupt the seamless experience users expect, as well as game errors that can affect gameplay integrity. Lobby load failure was also identified as a concern, indicating challenges in accessing and navigating the game’s main interface.
Interestingly, the data revealed that most of these issues occur during the initial stages of user interaction, underscoring the importance of making a strong and positive first impression to retain users and enhance their overall satisfaction.
The insights garnered from this analysis are invaluable for the ongoing efforts to refine and optimize the live dealer gaming experience.
